I signed up for watch plan for my kid's iWatch, and I entrusted Verizon to take care of the rest (auto payment, etc.) Shockingly I found Verizon has sneakily up the price to $15 from $10 for a couple of months and I don't even notice that. It's 50% in creases without my agreement.
Let me begin with the poor services. the Verizon signal is not working well in many areas , even in the school compound, the call isn't getting through easily, or calls are dropped. secondly, who needs huge storage on watch? We simply use it to text, and not very frequently as well. the text messages are delayed in sending/receiving in school areas, which is the only reason we have the watch. 15 dollars just for few successful texts or calls, is ridiculous. We already in the edge of cancelling it, and this is the last straw.
I suggest you to review your pricing strategy for low usage users.
