Here is a list of things you can try to fix the charging issue with your Gizmo 3 watch. If these steps don't help, you may need to visit a local Verizon store.
1. Clean the Charging Port:
Unplug the watch from the charger and power source.
Use a cotton swab, microfiber cloth, or alcohol wipe to gently remove any dirt or debris from the charging port and the gold contacts on the watch.
Ensure the port is completely dry before attempting to charge again.
2. Check the Charger:
Make sure the charger is properly aligned with the watch's gold contacts.
Try a different charger or a different outlet to see if the problem lies with the charger or the power source.
3. Try a Factory Data Reset:
Plug the Gizmo Watch 3 into the charger.
Press the Power/Home button four times.
Slide the Reset Device switch to the right.
The watch will reset and reactivate, prompting you to download the GizmoHub app.
Please come back if you still need help. -Ross
