Visual voicemail not working

I never had a problem with my visual voicemail for the 2+ years that I had my iphone. I moved and changed my phone number online, and since then my visual voicemail has not worked. I have tried all kinds of things- soft reset, changing voicemail password, reset network settings, phone reset and nothing has worked. Data roaming is on. Really need this feature up and running again and everytime I stop by a Verizon store it is a 30+ minute wait.

I just had a similar problem, I had all sound no visual. I got on chat and the representative had me do the following:
turn off phone.
turn on phone
dial *22890 (send) this brings you to a screen where you activate a reprogram of the voicemail, it worked for me.
