How do I get my iPhone 6 to connect to a network extender?

My husband and I both have the same iphone. We have a Samsung network extender. He has no problem making or receiving calls. My phone will not connect to the extender. When I call #48 it says it is not connected. I have my LTE voice/data on.

We figured it out. I had to change to just the data and not data/voice. Thanks
