No Billing adjustment if signed up from the middle of the billing cycle?
I just activated Verizon Simcard couple of days ago only. And my next payment is after 13 days. But, I am billed for the whole month. Had I known this earlier, I would've waited until the new billing cycle. No adjustment or nothing. This is ridiculous! Contacted multiple customer support, no help.

Unable to Receive SMS or short codes
I am receiving any confirmation codes or sms text messages from any sources. I have SMS messages turned on in my iphone settings. But every time I request a verification text from Microsoft, Instagram, etc. I don’t receive a text. What do I have to do to fix this?
