So much for waiting time protocol; I've been waiting for a technical assistance over the phone for 30 minutes; great back up operations planning... It doesn't require face to face support to review issues over the phone.. Need to improve customer service support.

Hi, I just got my FIOS installed this morning. IPv4 is working great, but I can't get the router to respond to DHCP6 requests and I'm not getting any IPv6 addresses. This configuration works fine when I plug into my Comcast router. Is there some special configuration step I'm missing? Thanks!
