Gizmo 3 Frozen on Spotlight
My son’s Gizmo 3 camera watch froze up today on the spotlight screen. No number of watch resets will fix the problem. Can someone from Verizon please contact me to get this resolved? Thank you.

My son's Gizmo watch 3 ran out of battery due to it not charging anymore. We tried multiple chargers, including two factory chargers, with multiple known good charging blocks. Gizmo screen not working
Gizmo watch app shows the watch is charged and on and has the latest update. Texts ring through on the watch (audio), but screen will not turn on.

If I have a remaining balance on my current galaxy watch and I want to preorder the new one. Do I still need to pay off remaining upfront? Or can I pay off the remaining a few days before the watch is released?

If we add a buddy (my daughter’s friend) but she doesn’t have a Gizmo app but does have a phone number, how does she text her? It only shows the ability to call her friend. I think that’s redic that you can call but not text?
