ice cream sandwich in "early 2012" was promised last november when i paid $299 for this phone. that was a major selling point for this phone. they said that to sell phones. they got my $$$. but still, no ice cream sandwich and i've had it. there is no excuse for the delay. am i wrong for being upset about this?

Anyone know how to do this? If I'm using a 3rd party keyboard (Swype Beta), I can't switch to voice dictation because I have to slide the menu down. Well, I can't slide the menu down unless I hit the menu button, which takes away the keyboard, which takes away the option of switching input.
