Search only gives YouTube and Spotify results
When I use the (google powered) search at the top of the fiosTV home page, it only returns youtube and spotify results, nothing else. Makes no sense is this working right?

Received my new set top box and it requires a 'double click' of OK on the remote.
Just set up my new set top box and it will not respond to the ok button on the remote unless I purchased it twice in a row. It's like there's a setting on the box that requires double tapping the ok button to do anything. Every other button works as normal. Anyone have a solution?

New Remote Control does not have PREV and NEXT buttons
I just had a new cable box (with built-in DVR) installed with new remote control. The old remote had PREV and NEXT buttons. PREV jumped ahead 30 seconds, NEXT back 30 seconds. There are not PREV and NEXT buttons on the new remote. Is there some way to carry out these functions from the remote?

remote skips multiple channels with one click
