Got Fios TV in Jan 2024, anyone have issues with TV service buffering. Also, when watching regional sports channel (sportsnet Pittsburgh) picture quality is poor, hear random buzzes…but just on this channel.

TV studders when FF or Rewinding DVR programing. It is not all the time but if you are FF through commercials and went to far so you hit Rewind, the sound is regular but the picture skips.

picture turns red on Netflix exit
When we are watching a show on Netflix and hit Exit on the remote to cancel out of the show and Netflix to return to live tv, the picture turns red. It is only when using the Netflix app through the Fios box and does not happen when we exit DVR shows or DVD disks.

Black screen on demand after every commercial
When watching shows on demand, the TV screen goes black after every commercial. I have to pause the show, exit out and select continue watching to get the show back. I sometimes have to rewind when it comes back on as it moves too far forward. This is annoying. It happens on more than one TV. How do I fix this?

I keep getting VOD_128 errors when I try to watch anything on demand. I rented a movie but can’t watch it because every time it freezes and shows the error. DVR PLAYBACK ON IPAD
We got a new router over 6 months ago. Ever since then we cannot watch any dvr recordings on any mobile device. We can see all the recordings on the app. Everything on the app works fine other than this. The mobile devices are paired with the TV. WE HAVE DONE ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS MANY TIMES!
