DVR PLAYBACK ON IPAD
We got a new router over 6 months ago. Ever since then we cannot watch any dvr recordings on any mobile device. We can see all the recordings on the app. Everything on the app works fine other than this. The mobile devices are paired with the TV. WE HAVE DONE ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS MANY TIMES! Why won't the FIos mobile app recognize my Fios home network/router? I'm connected to my home wifi network but the Fios mobile app on my iphone thinks I'm away from home. Can't watch recordings. Everything was rebooted, the phone is up to date and showing connected to wifi.

Why are channels unavailable
Whenever I try to view Verizon Fios Tv thru my computer or tablet, many of the channels are unavailable. However, using the settop boxes for the home TVs and using the Verizon App on my Android phone, I can access these channels. What is the remedy for correcting the computer/tablet glitch?

On demand not available on this set top box
I am trying to access on-demand but keep receiving a message saying it is not available for this set top box and to contact Verizon.
