I just got Verizon Cloud and after I backed up my videos and photos I noticed a discrepancy in the numbers. On my iPhone it says I have 1,094 in my recents album and when I checked the Verizon Cloud it only had 754. I have synced multiple times with no change. Unable to backup cloud
Hello. For years I have been trying to back up my Verizon cloud to my desktop. Last year customer service spent 90 minutes with me, their solution was to back up each photo individually. Is there a bulk option to back up my entire cloud? Is there an option to pay VZW for a USB of my data? Thank you for helping me.
