no data on phone/SIM card
I recently received an error message stating that some of the data on my phone has been lost. It looks like I am no longer able to save or access contacts/photos/etc to my phone. Any idea how this happened or how to retrieve the data that I have lost? Please help!
If I press or graze the power button screen goes dark and asks to shut down. This also happens as I'm
using the phone. Also, phone won't shut off. It turns itself back on. I have to let the battery completely die. I don't want to do a hard reset because I'm worried some of the websites I've saved in my favorites won't all be save. What should I do??!!

How do I block an incoming 9 digit phone call?
I keep getting called from a "817-000-894" number. I tried blocking the number via my online account and it says I need to enter 10 digits in order to block the number. I have a SAMSUNG Intensity II basic phone.
Lumia audio/headphone jack problem...no sound
