I am trying to join Verizon Forward but the link they sent me does not work. I have also tried to apply through the website and it does not work either. Need help please
I'm not sure if the Verizon Forward program has ever worked. People were asking about it last year, shortly after the federal ACP ended, and the last I'd read a while back was something along the lines of, "it's a work in progress". Whether Verizon Forward will ever be implemented, or if it's worked at all at any point in time, only Verizon would know. Most of CS has been outsourced, so I'd be willing to bet the reps who check these forums wouldn't know either.

We know how important the Verizon Forward program is. What are the links you are trying to use when you get this error message? Are you trying from your phone or computer? What web browser are you using?
