I opened a topic 3 months ago, and was told to see my DMs, I replied immediately to the DM with my fast ticket number, and never heard back, despite many follow ups.
a month later I opened a new topic about the lack of reply, which was promptly deleted and I got a new DM asking the same question, also never to get any reply once I responded.
3 months later and I still only ever got an opening question!

I just purchased a new construction home, line on the block are all buried, but there's no box in front of my house.
Opened a FAST ticket a few weeks back, and was added to the system, but when techs came for installation they informed me of this issue, and said they cannot complete install.
How can I get a box/lines added in front of my house? All neighbors have it available to them
