At Verizon, our goal is to make your experience simple and delightful.
To that end, we will be sunsetting the Verizon Community Forum later this year.
Over the years, this forum has been a space for exchanging knowledge, sharing tips and raising opportunities. We are grateful to every member, Community Leader and contributor who shared their time and expertise here and we look forward to continuing to engage with this community in our other channels.
As we make this transition, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect.
Key transition dates:
- July 17 – Read-only access: The forums will transition to read-only. You can still browse and search existing discussions, but new posts, replies, private messages, and profile features will be disabled. We encourage you to save any content or solutions you wish to keep.
- August 17 – Privacy requests: If you wish to access, correct, or delete any personal information, please submit your request by August 17 using these instructions.
- August 18 – Forum closure: The Community Forum and its content will be securely deleted and no longer accessible.
Where to find support moving forward:
While this specific platform is closing, our commitment to helping you hasn't changed. You can find comprehensive troubleshooting tools, automated assistance and our new One-Touch Digital Resolution feature right in the My Verizon App or at verizon.com/support. And of course, our customer support team is always here.
Thank you for being a vital part of our community as we build a simpler and even more delightful future together.
