This article will explain how to get into your account to view billing information after porting your number out or disconnection.
Once you disconnect your mobile account or port your number to another carrier, you can still access your account up to 6 months after the disconnection date. You can do this by accessing the Verizon Sign in to a disconnected account page. You'll need your mobile number, the last name on the account, and the ZIP code for verification.
Once you've entered the correct information, you should be able to access your account details, including your final bill.
Note: If you are having issues signing into a disconnected account please check to see if the information you are entering is accurate and that it has not been more than 6 months since the disconnection or a port out.
You can only port out your number and receive a port out pin if the line is active, disconnected accounts will not have a port out pin associated with the account.
