Am I eligible for myAccess?
You're eligible if you:
- Are 18 or over.
- Have a smartphone on an active standard monthly Verizon mobile account in good standing.
- Are a resident of the US (excluding the territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).

Important:
- If you also have a Verizon Fios account, you must register for and use myAccess through your Fios account and not your mobile account. Visit our myAccess for Fios accounts FAQs for information.
- Business and prepaid accounts aren't eligible for myAccess at this time. myAccess is not available to lines associated with a Just Kids plan, Gizmo device, Ellipsis Kids Devices or Disney devices.
How do I enroll in and visit myAccess?
Enrollment isn't required. You can visit myAccess when you sign in to your eligible My Verizon account.
If you're already signed in to:
- My Verizon website - Select Account > More > myAccess.
- My Verizon app - From the Me tab, scroll to My savings & benefits and select myAccess
Is myAccess available in Spanish?
Yes, when the language on your device is set to Spanish (US), you can update your My Verizon app to the Spanish version. Also, you may choose the Spanish language indicator, in the top right of your screen, when viewing Verizon online.
Note: The My Verizon app only supports Spanish - United States at this time. You'll receive an error message stating the app isn't available in Spanish when your device language is set to other versions of Spanish.
How often do myAccess offers change?
myAccess offers change depending on the type of offer:
- Account Offers change at different times and change depending on your recent upgrade activity.
- Anytime Deals and Local Passes change often.
- Presale tickets are added as they become available.
Check back often for new offers, and to see if new Local Passes are available. Offers may be limited and are available while supplies last. They're available on a first come, first served basis.
Who can claim an Account Offer or Anytime Deals?
Account Offers can only be claimed by an Account Owner or Account Manager.
Most Anytime Deals can be claimed by an Account Member with an eligible line on a qualifying mobile account.* However, some Anytime Deals can only be claimed by the Account Owner or Account Manager.

How do I claim an Account's Offer or Anytime Deals?
To claim an Account Offer or Anytime Deal::
- Visit myAccess through My Verizon.
- My Verizon website - From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > myAccess.
- My Verizon app - From the Me tab, scroll to My savings & benefits and select myAccess.
- Then select either:
- The Account Offer you want to redeem.
- The Anytime Deal you want to claim.
- Follow the prompts to complete your purchase or claim.
Good to know:
- Account Offers can only be claimed by an Account Owner or Account Manager through myAccess. They can't be claimed over the phone or in a Verizon store.
- To use an Account Offer right away, select View Details and select Shop Now. Otherwise, your offer will be saved. You can see all claimed offers in the Manage Claimed Offers section within Show claimed deals.
- Anytime Deals can be claimed by anyone with a line on a qualifying Verizon mobile phone account by visiting myAccess.
How do I claim my Anniversary offer or gift from the Loyalty offers?
You’ll get an RCS text message from us notifying you of your Anniversary offer. The message directs you to claim through myAccess in My Verizon.
Within myAccess Anytime Deals:
- Select Show claimed deals under ‘Claimed deals and more’.
- Select the offer you want to use and follow the instructions to redeem.
After you claim the reward, you’ll find it in the Claimed Deals wallet. Offers expire 30-60 days, depending on reward, after you claim.
