Hello. I purchased my Verizon Home Internet on Cyber Monday. I have successfully redeemed the Amazon gift card and Xbox, however, I have had no luck with the link that was provided to submit my bill credit for early termination fees from my old provider. Several of the boxes are grayed out so they can’t be edited. Further, it is saying that I cannot upload a copy of the bill despite it being within the required specifications (it’s in PDF format and smaller than size limitations). Can someone please assist with this?
