I was denied for the Nintendo Switch and $200 Target giftcard offer

I signed up 5G Home  Internet plus on March 5th when these promotion offers were ongoing but I was denied for this promotion offer after 65 days of waiting period. 

Initially the customer service rep alledged that I was not qualified because I do not have a cell phone line with Verizon. Then after talking with the superviser for almost 2 hours, the supervisor admitted that no such a requirement of verizon cell phone line for this promotion. Then the supervisor told me that she will help to add this promotion to my account but I will get either the Nintendo Switch or the 200 Target gift card. However, my understanding of this promotional offer is that I should get the Nintenso Switch plus $200 Target gift card or the Nintenso Switch plus Chromebook. 

I  could not find the original webpage showing this promotion online any more. so I would seek the help of this community. can you please let me know what promotion offer you have received if you signed up the 5G Home Plus during March 2024. thanks very much.

thanks for your response. I read the posts thru the link you provided. unfortunately I do not see any tile for redemption when I logged into my account or in Myverzion app. I was told by the supervisor yesterday that I would get an email response in 3-5 business days, so I am still waiting.

After calling about this issue, for the eighth time, my probelm with the promotion offer has not been resolved. I was told by a rep whose name is Cory, that my request for the $200 Target gift card was denied because this offer only applies to a customer who had no previous verizon internet service. I don't see this restriction was mentioned in the terms for this promotion and I requested him to send me a copy of the terms and conditions for the promotion, he said he could not do that. Then I requested to talk to his supervisor, he said that I had to wait for a callback. I wonder whether you are working for Verizon customer service or not. Can  you or anybody please share with me a copy of the terms and conditions for the promotion? I need to ask my lawyer to read and explain it to me.  thanks.

You are 100 percent right you receive both with that promotion, the employees working don't even know Verizon's own promotion. I battled this for 3 weeks 14 hours of my own time with nobody doing anything about it but wasting my time but finally someone listened to me and re coded the redirect link to keep you signed in when going to the rebate page that was the loop hole flaw for everyone but hey Verizon wont pay me for my work. I'm really praying if it was the last girl i talked to took my long message about the problem to her superiors and hopefully she got a raise because now the redemption's work correctly and redirect correctly as well. The switch worked like it should but Target was all jacked up. So i am happy Verizon finally took action and fixed their redirect coding. Thank you, even though i wasted about 14 hours of my life arguing about this.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I waited for 3 days after my long chat with the supervisor whose name is Cara, but I did receive any email or phone call from Verizon as the supervisor promised. so I called the customer service again this afternoon. The representative whose name is Hope admitted that I am eligible for both promotions as the Nintendo and the Target $200 GC offers are stackable. She asked me to wait for the escalation forms that she submitted for me to be reviewed in 3-5 days. so I think I have also spent at least 5 hours on this issue. hope my problem with these promotions will be solved before I spent 14 hours of my time on it.  thanks.
