Can't Activate Hulu or Reset Password

I changed my Disney plus to the Disney Plus with Hulu and ESPN+. ESPN activates just fine. On Hulu I try to register an account (we used my wife's email for our current subscription) so I use the email I used for Disney and ESPN, says its already in use, ok, so try to reset the password, no emails come through with the reset links.

Any help here would be appreciated.

We definitely want to make sure that you're able to activate your Hulu subscription, RallyDSM. To clarify, did you already have an existing subscription with Hulu prior to enrolling in the bundle? When you go to Account>>Services & Perks, does it show the bundle active?
