Open new line and billing issue

I have a new account. I got it to get my credit up. I only did this for 1 reason. Anyway. I received it before Christmas. Now they are charging me for 2 phones and I only received 1. I never asked for 1. I’m disabled and it’s completely sad that I never ever had a credit card. Or anything. And they are now saying that I asked for a new number and everything. They are really messed up. It’s going to screw up everything. When all I want is a house.

I’m aware to be nice. But this is also my credit I’m dealing with.Also what happened with my 200$ credit on a later date? How do I make sure I get that promotion? I definitely talked to them about it when I was applying for the phone. That I love btw. Thank you
