You will not receive a response, my friend. I have faced the same issue for months. I was promised a student discount when I signed up, but that promise has vanished.
I have spoken to multiple agents through chat and calls, yet they continuously redirect me to another place, which leads to nothing but dead ends.
I refuse to accept that the website is merely broken; it is designed to make us run in circles until we give up out of sheer frustration. Our best bet is to file a complaint with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission). Good luck.
