Why couldn't FIOS just leave well enough alone ? The change in the programming guide sucks ! Put it back the old way, or tell us how to do that ourselves if possible !
Quantum Guide a Giant Step Backwards?
I upgraded to Quantum and all the things I loved about the guide on my old DVR is out the window! Why am I getting a crappier version of the guide on a more expensive service? I want my episode numbers and rotten tomatoes and suggested programs back! I can't even see a place to see the current software version.

New guide - DVR categories functionality?
I had read online that with the new interactive guide we would have the ability to categorize all of the DVR shows. I cant seem to find this new functionality. Is this something that did not end up being included or am I just not seeing how to do this?
Closed captions problem
I have a 55" 16:9 TV so I use a HD setting for IMG but the closed captions are stretched too wide. I tried s SD setting and CC looks much better. I like HD IMG better but not CC. Is there any way I can fix it? Should not there be a seperate graphic setting for IMG and CC? Is it possible for Verizon to fix this issue?

TV Listings - Horrible
The new TV listings menu is horrible. You cannot navigate forward with the time or day unless you go all the way back to the top. There has got to be a better way while searching for shows.

QIP 7216 doesn't recognize external hard drive
I purchased one of the recommended hard drives for my DVR once I received the software upgrade to 1.9. I set it up and went into the menu and selected enable more storage and ran through the steps and after the reboot the system doesn't recognize the new drive. Any ideas? Thanks
