Fios Home Internet parental controls
Your Verizon router comes with parental controls designed to allow control of Internet access on all devices connected to your home network. Prevent your children from attempting to access inappropriate websites with these steps.

Sign in to My Verizon and set up parental controls
Set up parental controls using My Verizon
If you have a Fios Quantum Gateway or a Fios Advanced Wi-Fi Router, sign into My Verizon to set up parental controls. To make changes select:
- Internet > Manage My Devices > Devices & Parental Controls, select the device(s) you want to manage and follow the guided steps

Configure your router parental controls manually

You can also manage your parental controls manually in the router. All the information you need is located on your router. To configure parental controls:
- Open your browser and enter 192.168.1.1 in your address bar
- Sign in with your router information and select Parental Controls
Note: You must reset your router to factory default settings if you forget the password that you created. Learn how to reset your router.
