How to Manage and Pay Your Verizon Bill

  • If  you are trying to manage a Fios bill, please use your Username to sign in.
  • If you are a  wireless customer, please use your mobile number to sign in.
  • If you don't remember sign in information, click on Forgot user ID or password

How can I pay my Verizon mobile bill? 

How to Pay:

  • Sign in to My Verizon app or website to Pay your bill
  • Pay your bill - Make a one-time payment without signing in. (Requires account number and ZIP code.)
  • Register for My Verizon to view, manage and pay your bill wherever, whenever you need to.
  • Visit a Verizon store. Pay at a bill pay kiosk or with an Experience Specialist.
  • Dial #PMT from your mobile phone or 800-922-0204 from any phone. (Mobile customers ONLY & Account PIN Required)
  • Visit our Contact Us  page to contact customer service. (There's a $10 Agent Assistance fee for payments made via a Customer Service Representative)
  • Mail your payment.  From the Contact Us page, choose More options > Mailing addresses > Payment address and enter your ZIP code. (Check or Money Orders  only via mail)
