Resolution to my previous post here: https://community.verizon.com/t5/Other-Account-Discussions/Ported-out-Can-t-access-account-for-remai...

Called customer service a fourth time, again got the same run around that they can't email the final bill, and it will be provided via snail mail in 3-5 days. However, this time, the rep offered for me to go into the Verizon corporate store to receive a printout of my bill. I immediately went to the corporate store and successfully received a printout of my bill.

Additional note, I went to Verizon corporate store more than two weeks ago and still have not received in the mail my final bills that I requested from any of the previous four phone calls.  In case anyone was wondering, this process is all BY DESIGN, They (Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile, or any others) aren't going to make it easy for you to switch carriers. My only suggestion would be to wait until your phones are paid off before switching then you won't have to worry about getting your final bill.

Glad to hear you were able to get a paper copy of your bill at last.  Don't know what happened to the snail mail version though.  They are supposed to send you your last bill(s) through USPS.

As an aside, I've seen the "we'll pay off your phone up to $800" at more than one company, but the fine print says you have to provide your last bill within 30 days of signing up.  However, it's been my experience with another large carrier and also from reading forum posts here, that it takes 2 billing cycles (60 days) before everything clears out of the system.
