I am having the same issue. Can Verizon Customer Support assist?

I have an unlocked moto x4 that does not have a setting for wifi calling, yet Motorola says is capable of wifi calling. on the hidden menu there is a setting for it, but it is grayed out and I cannot turn it on. Any suggestions?

Have you searched this Forum and/or internet for this topic?

Multiple results have posts that say 'WiFi Calling on unbranded phones is not supported on Verizon Wireless'. Maybe an agent @vzw_customer_support
will jump in here and CONFIRM?
