Why is the last button(complete registration) not activated when creating a new account?
I have filled in all the fields and checked the terms and conditions and privacy policy, but the last button is not activated.
I'm prepaid customer.Whether on the website or mobile app。

I don't think they can do that here at the forums. Can you ask someone to help you with translation when they call in your behalf?
@vzw_customer_support shouldn't the OP be calling Prepaid CS? There's a different number on the website for Prepaid CS which ends in 6804, but I'm not sure if I can post it even by typing out the words, as all phone numbers are now automatically removed by the forum software and I don't want to get in trouble...
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
