Call forwarding
I set up my phone to forward calls by using *72, but when I try to stop call forwarding using *73, the call doesn't go through and I get a "call failed" message. I went to call forwarding in my verizon and it does not show that call forwarding is set up. Any ideas?

I was given a defective s20+ I have spent 14 hours with customer service to get the issue resolved. They said they would send me a "like new" replacement. $1200 for a refurbished phone. No way.
