incorrect email and unknown account pin
My verizon account uses an incorrect email and an unknown pin. Any attempt to update and correct info requires unknown pin and any verification is sent to incorrect email that i cannot access. Results in a loop that I am unable to do anything. Live chat or human on telephone asks for PIN that i don't have.
