Why is my rezound not charging?!? It drains.

Now the HTC One on VZW is TWO updates behind
The HTC One on every other carrier in the US is up and running on 4.3 while we are still on 4.2. Today Google officially debuted 4.4 Kit Kat which puts us two updates behind. Any guesses on when or if VZW will get around to letting us have 4.4? I'm guessing mid December for the 4.3 upgrade and January of 2015 for 4.4.
