I try to pay my bill using app it says use a different payment method
Has anyone had any luck getting a refund back? I ordered a phone that was never received. Verizon shows the phone as returned to their fulfillment center but I can’t seem to get my $1500 back. One rep said 5-7 days, one said 4, one said it’ll be refunded back the next business day, one said it’ll be credited to my account…
