Not receiving incoming calls from landlines
2 of the lines on my account are not receiving calls from landlines. It appears that this has been an on gong problem with Verizon. We have been getting the run around for almost 3 weeks. I am fed up!!!!
Lte network extender
My device is stuck on Step 10. And so much for the Verizon "callback" feature. I scheduled a callback, received it, and waited on hold for another 38 minutes. Finally, hung up a scheduled another callback for later.
Verizon network extender not getting calls
We have very poor signal within our house so Verizon sent us a network extender. since then we have had people tell us they have tried calling us, it rang twice and went to voicemail. we never see that we even had an incoming call. Have called/chatted with verizon several times and the issue still persists.
Change BAnds on Askey Network Extender
We have the new model Network Extender by Askey. For our older model Network Extender we were able to get a firmware sent to us by Verizon support that allowed us to set the Extender to either BAnd 4 or BAnd 13. Is there a firmware for the new Askey that will allow us to do the same?
