I run out of data sometimes now. When this happens I need a Verizon rep to Add Data for me because I am unable to switch off safety mode to add data even though available funds are waiting so that I can add data. Now that I cannot reach a Verizon rep, does anyone know how I can just add some data?
Why does my Jetpack need to be rebooted every week?
I have a Jetpack 5510 at my lake cabin that runs my Nest thermostat and Belkin Cam. It needs rebooting every week to keep the Nest and Cam online. Is this normal? Can I reboot it remotely? Is there a better device than the Jetpack to provide wireless at the cabin? There is no other service or land line at the cabin.

My Ellipsis JetPack is brand new and constantly disconnects / shuts off
I just opened my Ellipsis JetPack and purchased an unlimited plan along with it - I use it for my MacBook Air laptop while working from home. My device will be fully charged and/or plugged in and will constantly (!!) shut off / disconnect/ bump to another Wifi that doesn't work and kick me off of the internet.
Internal error in email (not Gmail)
Just started today. Happens when I do pretty much anything: open an email, delete an email, try to "download remaining" (which sometimes just makes the email go blank), attempt to delete deleted email (that process is just *stupid*!). I have tried restarting email, and the tablet.

What good is this extender if the internet goes out which would be the only time I need it? When internet is up I can use WiFi calling and browse via my router. Does it need an internet connection after initial setup?
