I have an AC791L jetpack. My I Phone 6 works better and is faster as a hotspot then the dedicated jetpack. Tried adding antenna to jetpack, no better. What can I do with the jetpack to make it work better. Did I was money on the jetpack.

My Ellipsis 8 has a ? when charging
When plugged in to a known good charger (OEM) my 8 shows a ? in a battery. I tried turning it on but it shuts off within 4 to 10 seconds. I did a factory reset 4 times to no avail. Keeps dong the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Verizon Ellipsis 10 10 inch tablet. I received it last year at Christmas so it's only 10 months old. Recently it has difficulty holding any kind of a charge and won't charge to 100%. I'm using the original charger and for two days the battery only takes a charge up to 3 percent. I find it funny that the battery on a tablet that is less then 2 yrs old would die just before it is paid off. What can I do other than dump it?
