Service Issues in Kentucky
Verizon service in Lexington, Kentucky - especially around the Hamburg area - is absolutely terrible. I'm debating switching providers. I pay A LOT of money to Verizon and when I'm in Lexington the speeds are worse than 24Kbps days of dial up Internet.
How do I get refund if I close my prepaid account
I have one prepaid line with Verizon now. I have $115 in my account, which is good for three months. I am trying to port the number to Visible. International Usage Charges without Details
Very very poor customer service. They charged me for international usage but when I ask for exact call details with IMEI number etc., they are unable to provide me those details and at the same time they are not waiving unjustified charges made to my account.
