Service on the MTSU Campus
Is there a way to improve the service on the MTSU campus? Right now it is horrible.
No reception at work.
I have great reception everywhere I go except in my work building. Why can't I get any reception in the building? Sprint users have full bars and ATT users receive about 50% reception. It is extremely frustrating to pay what I pay and not be able to use my phone 10 hours out of the day.
Data no longer works
I no longer get data in a 2-3 mile radius around my house. This happened after they put 5G service in my area. If my phone flips to LTE it works fine. Very frustrating. Any ideas? 5G works fine elsewhere.
