Voicemail app on phone but can't add to home screen
The Voicemail app on my new unlocked S20+ (replacement for lost phone) is listed in my Apps (settings > apps) BUT it is not in my list of installed appsn or can I add it to my home screen or access it. Verizon tech is stumped. Everything else works fine. My only option now is to call *86.
Voice Mail Alerts - No New Voicemail

Verizon Safe Browsing Disconnects Wifi from Internet
When I turn on Safe Browsing and Always on VPN, my home Wifi says connected without internet. When I turn off Safe Browsing, my Wifi reconnects with internet. All my other devices, computer, TV, etc. never lose connection. So it is just my phone and only when Safe Browsing is on.
My samsung s23+ won't hold a charge higher than 85%. Why?

Samsung Flip 3 powers off. It can oly be powered on by plugging it in to power or USB por. Batter is fully charged.
My 2 year old Samsung Flip 3 suddenly began powering down without warning. I can only turn it on if I plug it in to AC or USB port. My batter power is always above 50%. Started after the recent update. Very frustrating that my phone only works if I am attached to an outlet or my car.

why are my usage logs all empty? getting the run around when calling.. on the phone for 90 minutes so far
