Can't sign in due to 2 factor auth
The primary phone on my account (of 4) won't register on a mobile network, won't make/receive calls or texts. Your service line has disconnected me dozens of times before getting me to an agent. I can't request any online help because I can't sign-in due to not getting the 2 factor verification.

S21 5G that is paid off, is saying, "sorry your device can't be used on another carrier right now." S24+ Locked for 60 Days Purchased From Samsung
I purchased a brand new S24+ from Samsung. I ported my number from my old Verizon phone to my new phone.
