"Free" phone?
I took advantage of the "free" samsung phone deal awhile back. At the time I owned my phone but wanted a new one. "For free" was advertised. In looking at my bill there is a balance due on that free phone of over 700.00. Please fix this. Complete false advertising or terrible billing personel.

A54 5G wifi issue
I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and when the phone updated to Android 14. The wifi is very slow and slugish and I have very good internet. Also when it was on Android 13 the phone worked perfectly fine.

Group texts on S20FE are appearing as downloads
As of this morning, my group text threads in Messages, won't work. They are coming through in individual texts as "No Subject" downloads that won't download. I have turned my phone off multiple times and have made no changes otherwise.

Galaxy S22 Ultra wifi, pen and eSim not working
My Galaxy S22 Ultra has stopped connecting to the internet more than just a couple of seconds after a reboot. It stopped recognizing my eSim and even the pen as well. I worked for countless hours/days with a representative on my wife's phone to no avail. Is there any hope of resurrecting this phone?
