Poor/No Service at my work

System update causing problems with connection
After the latest update my phone it now doesn't get a signal and say it's searching for a signal, no service,emergency calls only or service suspended. Before the Jan 2024 update my phone had zero issues and the best service. It seems like Verizon is trying to force me into buying something new whether I need to or not.
Cell phone signal went to one bar three weeks ago and not better yet. Can hardly use my phone.
Did Verizon change the direction of the dish on their cell tower to point away from me? I am going to have to switch carriers if I cannot resolve this.
