Customers are able to access call logs from their MyVerizon app, My Verizon online and their STB depending on their TV services with FDV.
If you would like to request a bill summary that includes the call log, please visit our contact us page, to connect with a support agent for assistance with mailing the bill.
Note: There is a charge to mail a physical bill which is $5 per bill. For each of these options there is a time limit of the last 18 months that can be accessed.
To view your Call Log online: Sign-in to your Account Manager > Calls and Messages > Call Logs tab
To view your Call Log on TV using your fios remote, press: Menu > Fios Digital Voice
