- Choose the Mobile tab at the bottom.
- Scroll to Usage.
Why does 999-999-9999 appear in your usage activity?
Sometimes you may see the number 999-999-9999 in your usage logs. This occurs when our system can’t identify a phone number. It usually happens with messages from short codes. It also occurs with non-standard strings of numbers. These strings may have more or less than 10 digits. Our system defaults to this placeholder for your records. It does not affect your billing or plan.
How do to get a record of my talk, text and data usage older than 18 months?
You can visit our Contact us page and connect with an agent if you need mobile usage and billing history that's older than 18 months. Charges may apply.
