Until I can log into my account I can't upgrade my phone or plan because my phone doesn't receive Verizon security Code text. Do to SIM card failure I can not call send or receive text. It seems like my coverage has decreased significantly over the past 6 months. I’m finding lots of dead zones that I didn’t have before. I’m in the Tampa area.
