Duplicate Sims for emergencies
With 2 factor authentication, and codes being sent directly to my phone. Need to be able to give a duplicate number to my emergency contact so they have access to all medical and pharmacy records if my phone is unavailable. 2 factor such as ID ME does not give that option to add a 2nd number

Terrible website support
I give Verizon's website an "F" for effed up when trying to navigate it to manage services. Not intuitive, the chat did not work. I just want to turn off one of the features and can't find where to do that at. All it does is tell you what the feature is - can't turn it off. Other features I have, I can't sign up for.
