When I call my son's number I get a message saying "If this is an emergency, call 911". I have no problem texting, but calls won't go through.

Trouble with conference calls
Recently I started having a problem with keeping all callers connected during a conference call. It appears that the first person gets dropped in about 15 seconds after I connect the 2nd caller. I never had a problem in the past and am curious what may have changed. Thank you for any ideas.

For the entire month of Dec 95% of my text messages are “received” from various odd numbers and all of them end in “0000”… You will see all the odd numbers. They all end with 0000 as the last 4 digits. These numbers are not familiar and want to know what causes this to show up on my bill. Thank you!

Paid my bill but my service was disconnected. I’ve tried to call and see if there is more payment needed or what the problem is but cannot get through to a human, just the automated voice that says it takes up to 15 mins to restore service.
