Voicemail Issues
My voicemail say "welcome to the message management system please enter your mailbox number." I don't know when this started or why but how can I go back to my original voicemail? I just played my greeting and it's still my voicemail message that I've had setup for years. Any help???

Here is a bit of Verizon sleight of hand - they advertise the "Do More Unlimited" as a $70 plan for two lines. But when you sign up for the bill, it is actually $80 unless you sign you for paperless billing and autopay. Should this be reported to BBB or the CFPB?
