Damage boxes on property
Our neighborhood has old run down utility boxes. They are at least 30 years old. One is a big safety issue that created a hole a child can get stuck in. I can't figure out who to contact. Please advise.
Never received Verizon $100 x 2 gift card emails
I redeemed my 2 100$ gift cards and they say they've been sent to me by email on August 28th. I did not receive them - checked junk mail too. They need to be redeemed by October 24th.

The installation fee is insane. I love verizon, but these fees are a pain. This is why people use Optimum, despite their subpar service, at least they don't get these insane huge fees.
