Not receiving incoming calls
I am a prepaid customer with an iPhone 8 Plus. I have been having problems with people trying to call me but my phone never rings. It’s happened with more than one person so I’m not sure what’s happening. Can anyone help me?

Dropped calls, failed texts
Used to have great service until about a year ago. Never had text failures. Now SMS failed occur 4-5 days a week. Voice calls are horrible - get disconnected almost every call. LTE 4g is unusable.
