No Signal message on tv
A few months ago I had new set top boxes installed (1100 and IPC1100 minibox). All of a sudden yesterday, the tv that the minibox is attached to shows no signal from the Fios box. Customer service was unable to help last night. Any ideas?

Guide view not staying on Subscribed channels
I just got a new set top box, vms4100, I think, and it keeps resetting the guide to view all channels. If I select subscribed, it resets every time I shut the tv off. And there is nothing in the settings for the guide to stay on subscribed channels. Am I missing something???

I have the same issue. It wasn't always this way, but I don't think there's a way to disable the automatic volume limiter.
